Office staff are always friendly and helpful and the guys who do the cleaning are polite and friendly, Andy always removes his shoes and always explain things before starting.
I would just like to say to Julie Peplow in defence of Chemdry Essex they do explain that old stains may not be able to removed completely. Did you expect a brand new sofa after it was cleaned?! And your wine stain must have been pretty fresh for it to come out with a Vax.
